Q. Where is your shop located? 

We are currently operating a Kiosk in the Crabtree Valley Mall located 4325 Glenwood Avenue Raleigh NC 27612. We are in front of the Aeropostale retail store. ​

Q. When should I place my order? 

We are starting to book orders fast and require at least a 2- 3 weeks in advance notice. If less than one week please call and we can discuss your needs. Some cakes require more planning than others.

 

Q. Deposits? 

Most orders are due to be paid in full at the time of booking.  Depending on the pricing for a Custom order we may allow a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. 

 

Q. When do I pay for my cake? 

All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking unless, other arrangements have been made.

Q. What form of payments do you accept?

Cash, Credit and debit cards, Payment through an Invoice (we can send you an invoice with the link to pay through Clover's secure online portal).

Q. What is your cancellation policy? 

All deposits are (non-refundable). If you need to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. 

If Payments have been made in full you will receive a store credit that's good for a year.

Q. What is your refund policy? 

We do not give refunds on accepted cakes. A shop credit can be issued in special circumstances.

 

Q. Do you offer delivery?

We offer delivery but  we do not deliver to any destinations over an hour of drive time. Delivery charges will be quoted when order is placed.

Q. Do you offer cake tastings? How many people can I bring with me? 

Since we now operate a kiosk, we no longer offer cake tastings at this time. Please feel free to come buy and purchase some cupcakes or any other treats we have. If you are wanting to try a special flavor, please check our website daily for the flavors of the day!
