Do you have a storefront?
At this time, Diva Kakes & More LLC operates as an online custom-order bakery.
We currently accept orders through our website for scheduled pickup and delivery.
We’re excited to be working toward a future dedicated pickup location and appreciate your support as we grow!
How do I place an order?
Complete our Custom Order Inquiry Form on our website with your event details, design ideas, and requested items.
Once we review your request, we’ll contact you with pricing and availability.
Is my order confirmed after submitting the form?
No.
Submitting an inquiry does NOT confirm your order.
Orders are confirmed only after:
✔ Deposit/payment is received
✔ Agreement is signed (if required)
✔ Confirmation has been sent
How far in advance should I order?
Recommended notice:
Custom Cakes: 1–2 weeks
Large Orders / Dessert Tables: 2–4 weeks
Weddings / Major Events: 4–8+ weeks
Rush orders may be accepted based on availability.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, when availability allows.
Rush fees may apply depending on notice and order complexity.
Do you offer same-day orders?
Same-day orders may be available for select items depending on availability.
Custom cakes and detailed specialty orders typically require advance notice.
Same-day or last-minute requests may incur a rush fee and are not guaranteed.
We recommend ordering as early as possible to secure your date.

How much is the Retainer Fee?
A Non-refundable Retainer Fee is required to secure your order date.
Retainer Fees vary depending on order type.
When is final payment due?
Final payment is due 7 days before your event date
Rush orders may require full payment upfront.
Are Retainer Fees refundable?
No.
Retainer Fees secure your date, supplies, and scheduling time.
Do you offer payment plans for large events?
Yes! Payment plans may be available for larger event orders, weddings, dessert table packages, and premium custom bookings.
A Non-refundable Retainer Fee is required to secure your date, with remaining payments scheduled leading up to your event.
Payment arrangements will be outlined during booking.

Can you recreate a cake from a photo?
We welcome inspiration photos for reference.
Exact duplication is not guaranteed.
Every cake is handcrafted and uniquely designed.
Do you offer edible image/photo cakes?
Yes! We offer custom edible image cakes for birthdays, celebrations, and special events.
Do you offer fillings?

Do you make character/theme cakes?
Yes! We create custom character, themed, celebration, and special occasion cakes designed around your vision.
We welcome inspiration photos, color palettes, and theme ideas to help bring your design to life.
Please note: while we can create cakes inspired by a theme or concept, exact duplication of another baker’s work is not guaranteed, as each cake is uniquely handcrafted.
Do you offer tastings?
"At this time, tastings are offered for larger custom event orders only."
Yes, tastings may be available for wedding cakes, large event orders, and select premium bookings.
Tasting options may be offered by appointment and may include a tasting fee, which can sometimes be applied toward your final booking.
Please contact us for current tasting availability.
Can I provide my own topper?
Absolutely!
Customers are welcome to provide their own cake topper, specialty décor pieces, or approved custom accents.
Items must be delivered to us in advance (if required) or coordinated prior to pickup/delivery.
Please ensure all provided items are clean, food-safe, and ready for use.

Delivery / Pickup
How does pickup and delivery work?
Diva Kakes & More currently operates as a private custom-order dessert studio, serving clients through scheduled pickup and delivery.
All orders are made to order and booked in advance through our website.
Pickup: By scheduled appointment only
Delivery: Available for all orders, dessert / candy buffet tables setups & event setups (delivery/setup fees apply)

Do you travel for events?
Yes! Diva Kakes & More offers delivery and event setup services for select locations.
Travel fees may apply based on:

For larger events, weddings, and styled setups, travel arrangements can be discussed during booking.
Changes / Cancellations
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, within a certain timeframe.
Design changes must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.
What if I need to cancel?
Retainer Fees are non-refundable.
Additional payments may be non-refundable depending on preparation stage.
Unexpected Situations
What if I experience an emergency and need to change my order?
We understand that unexpected situations happen.
Date changes or adjustments may be accommodated based on availability. Because custom orders require advance planning and preparation, Retainer Fees Remain Non-refundable, but we will do our best to work with you when possible.
What happens if an unforeseen circumstance affects my order?
Diva Kakes & More is committed to providing dependable service and fulfilling orders as scheduled. However, in the rare event of circumstances beyond our control—such as severe illness, family emergency, dangerous weather conditions, power outages, equipment failure, supply shortages, transportation issues, or other unexpected events—we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next available options.
Possible solutions may include:
✔ Rescheduling your order
✔ Applying payments toward a future order
✔ Adjusting delivery timing
✔ Offering an alternate solution when possible
✔ Refund consideration if fulfillment becomes impossible
We appreciate your understanding should an unexpected situation arise.
What happens if severe weather impacts delivery or setup?
The safety of our customers, products, and team is a priority.
If severe weather, unsafe road conditions, storms, flooding, or other hazardous conditions affect delivery or event setup, Diva Kakes & More may need to adjust delivery timing, reschedule service, or modify setup arrangements.
We will communicate any changes as quickly as possible.
What if I don’t pick up my order at the scheduled time?
Orders are prepared around scheduled pickup times.
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Extended delays may affect product quality, scheduling, or storage availability.
Diva Kakes & More is not responsible for quality concerns resulting from delayed pickup beyond the scheduled time.

How should I store my cake?
Keep refrigerated if needed.
Bring to room temperature before serving for best flavor.
Specific care instructions will be provided based on your order.
How should I transport my cake?
Place cakes on a flat surface in a cool vehicle.
Avoid laps, angled seats, or direct sunlight.
